Patient Relations

This module deals with the patients' needs or suggestions and endeavors to make the patients satisfied from the time of their admission through their stay until the time of discharge and also post-discharge care. It also serves as a communication channel between hospital and corporate, insurance companies, referral doctors, visiting doctors and other entities for enhancing the business needs of the hospital. This module allows functionalities like tentative OT booking, visiting consultants, suggestion on taking dietary services and capturing of medico legal issues.
