Smartstore brilliantly supports Sales Management in Super Markets and other retail outlets. Both of these modules are available in stand alone version and in Client-Server technology.

• It supports various modes of payment viz., cash, credit card, coupons etc in-toto, 32 modes of transactions

Enterprise Warehouse (eWH)

It provides solution as back end integrator. eWH forms an excellent tool in multiple outlet and centralized warehouse establishment. It works in conjunction with ePOS in an enterprise, in a business set-up where a single / multiple warehouse(s) caters to multiple outlets.

• Purchase orders can be generated as a central function, indents from various outlets can be consolidated and converted into purchase orders, individual items can have multiple-vendors conditions that can be pre set for allocation on vendors
• It facilitates material movement tracking in multiple directions. Goods transfers from centralized warehouse to various outlets and vice versa can be tracked by means of Transfer Outs and Transfer Ins
• Purchase Orders can be converted into Goods Receipt Notes, and can be converted into Transfer Outs and Transfer Ins
• eWH supports Expiry Data Management, Batch Management, Pricing Principles, Offer Management etc.
• eWH is powered with excellent set of reports which help managers to arrive at tactical and strategic decisions

Enterprise Head Office (eHO)

In a set-up which includes several warehouses, with each warehouse having many outlets attached to it, control becomes very difficult and complex. The eHO module provides excellent tools for centralized administration, where critical parameters viz., margins and discounts can be decided at one central location and then can be implemented to take effect through the sales network.

Policies and principles can be defined for various levels starting from warehouse to specific outlet.
