N’Vizion’s Occupational Health Module is designed to help you proactively manage your employee’s health and well-being.  Using N’Vizion OH module, you’ll be able to record employee health surveillance visitations, specific tests, diagnosis, recommendations and follow-ups. 

You’ll be able to monitor, analyze and capture trends that may have an impact on the health and safety of employees at workplace and thereby achieve continuous improvement.

Occupational Health Module features:

• Scheduler: This feature allows the OH administrator/Nurse to schedule employee visit to OH Centre (i.e. Pre-employment, Periodic, Post Sickness /Occupational Injury/Illness, Personal Injury/Illness, Exit). History:

1. Chief Compliants (CC), History of Presenting Illness (HPI).
2. Past History – This feature allow the Nurse to capture employee’s past history (Allergies, Family history, Past Occupation, Disabilities, Medical History).

• Examinations: Records physical examinations information and order Investigations based on assessment results.
• Investigations: This feature captures the investigations/procedures applicable to OH: 

1. Audiometry
2. Spirometry
3. ECG
4. Visual Acuity
5. X-Ray
6. Lab Investigations

• Diagnosis: The OH Specialist will select diagnosis based on his health assessment.
• Referrals: The OH Specialist can refer the employee to other specialists /Investigations for further assessment.
• Recommendations: The OH Specialist recommends for further actions through this functionality: like visit result (Fit/Unfit etc.), Medications, Trainings, referrals, follow-ups, and Sick leaves.
• Occupational Injury/Illness: In case of any Incident case coming to OH Centre or if OH Specialist or Medical Officer found Work-related Illness, the OH Specialist will add the Occupational Injury/Illness information.
• EMR:  All the employee information captured in the visit will be updated in the EMR.
• Risk Information: You can upload and view health risks that each employee is exposed based on job type.
• Exposure Data: You can upload and view all the workplace exposure data
• Notification: Notify results to respective responsible person(s).
• Generate Reports
• Compliance with Regulatory and Company Standards
