N’Vizion's Industrial Hygiene (IH) module allows EHS professionals to capture pertinent IH information as defined by the organization.

This module allows you to capture workplace exposures information that are monitored in a workplace to ensure safe workplace to your workforce. This module is very flexible and user friendly. You can decide how much or how little information you need to collect to manage your IH program efficiently.  Experience has shown that this type of ad-hoc analysis allows the IH professional to better identify, and concentrate on specific target areas of concern.

Industrial Hygiene features:

• Workplace Assessment (WAP): The WAP feature captures chemicals, biological and physical agents, their physical state, health hazard rating as well as the workplace parameters such as engineering controls, number of people potentially exposed, amount used, exposure frequency and exposure rating.  N’Vizion features a built-in functionality to calculate and display the Risk Rating
• Monitoring Plan: The Monitoring Plan lists the agents that need to be monitored and tracked for the facility. This includes recording sampling method, number of samples planned, sample type, sample definition and target date to complete the sampling
• Details / Results: This feature allows the user to enter workplace exposure result details.  Based on the selected agent / parameter, relevant screens are displayed for data entry (Chemical pump, Chemical direct, Chemical passive, Noise dosimetry, Sound level meter, Radiation Sampling, Radio Frequency Monitoring, Biologics)
• Remedial Action Plan: This allows you to plan remedial actions measures incase of exceedance of exposure and tracks to closure
• Standalone Sampling: Stand-alone sampling enables recording of unplanned/on-spot Industrial hygiene assessments such as

• Plan Navigator: Plan Navigator allows you to see the entire IH plan for a given department at a glance.  It is an overview and allows direct access to the functionality of their interest
• Reports: The application has a number of standard reports and ad hoc reports that can be generated. These reports can be scheduled for delivery via your internal email system
• Notifications

1. Notification/alert of Planned Samples
2. Notification / Alert incase of sampling results exceeding the limits

• Compliance with regulatory and Company standards
